At Hotel Trofana you can not only enjoy comfortable accommodation, but also taste aromatic coffee. In our hotel café we use only Giovani Coffee beans. It is a blend of American Arabica and Asian Robusta.

It is roasted in a Polish roastery according to a traditional Italian recipe.
It is characterized by silkiness, creaminess and a citrus finish.

Behind Giovani Coffee there is a unique Italian philosophy.
Giovani is an old fisherman, a symbol of perseverance and hard work, for whom living in harmony and celebrating moments of pleasure and relaxation, preferably with a cup of excellent coffee, is extremely important.
